Delivered through 10‑, 20‑ or 30‑day blocks, this tier provides the time and continuity needed to explore complex issues, develop solutions and work collaboratively with your team. Whether you’re designing a competency framework, building a cost‑recovery model, enhancing your QMS or conducting scenario‑based analysis, the Enhanced tier offers a structured, partnership approach with clear deliverables but without the strategic intensity of Premium.
The Premium tier is designed for organisations needing the highest level of expertise, continuity and strategic support. It combines a 30‑day Premium block, valid over six months, with a six‑month strategic retainer, giving you both structured project capacity and ongoing access to specialist guidance.
The 30‑day block provides dedicated time for high‑value work such as audit preparation, regulatory alignment, complex analysis or framework development. The retainer then ensures priority access, rapid response and continuous advisory support. Premium is ideal for organisations facing sustained regulatory, operational or meteorological challenges, or those wanting assured senior expertise throughout the year.
